All that matters is that we love our ship & we have valid reasons for believing it will not just happen, but be endgame…. so honestly dont buy into the rubbish IF it’s thrown at you, Once & our ship is meant to be a positive thing, not a negative thing

Yeah, i get you. And 99% of the time i DON’T buy into the rubbish. But every so often the Hook-hate and hypocrisy will get to me.

Like, some of the other side will call Killian a rapist, with no logical reasoning or canon foundation to support that, and yet, don’t judge Neal for impregnating a minor, which has been confirmed as canon.  Some of them say that Killian is “forcing” decisions on Emma, but don’t talk about how Neal disregarded her decision in 3×04 to move on. They say that Killian somehow manipulated Emma into kissing him, and yet completely ignore the fact that Emma herself said to her mother that she “kissed Hook” and thus implied that she made a choice. They talk about how Killian was trying to sabotage Swanfire by telling Neal about the kiss, and yet completely  ignore the fact that Emma didn’t tell Neal herself. They say that there is no legitimate connection between Captain Swan,  even though there are a dozen articles/interviews with writers/actors that emphasise the opposite. They say that Emma has no feelings for Killian, despite JMo herself saying several times that she has feelings for both Killian and Neal. They say that Killian has a “crush” on Emma, and yet ignore the fact that Colin himself has basically admitted that “As you wish” was exactly what we thought it was, and Killian himself has declared that Milah was his “first” love. They say that WE overanalyse everything and yet, then they talk about what Emma “actually meant” in the cave.

Ugh. The hypocrisy/ignorance exhausts and astounds me.

YUP I did notice that. We talked about it a good few pages ago. A very deliberate decision by the writers. They probably didn’t want to overshadow Killian’s declaration!!!
