Yeah, Adam said (I’m not sure where.. @obisgirl you’re good with stuff like that) that if Neal and Emma had remained together terrible things would have happened.
For me it’s just another check on the “why Swanfire is not True Love” list. Lol

@oncemusicfan – the fact that Rumple has referred to Neal as his Happy Ending not once, but TWICE now… yeah that’s pretty much a huge flashing sign at where their story is. And now Rumple is in trouble… I would think less of Neal if he didn’t go after Rumple actually. That relationship needs serious work, and the few Rumple/Neal moments we DID have… well I’ve gotten emotional.
The only time I’ve ever felt anything with Swanfire is when Emma was telling Neal she hoped he was dead so she didn’t have to face the pain of their relationship. And it wasn’t a good emotion – it was “omg my heart hurts in a very bad way”
