I’m hoping Dr. Whale is the Wizard. From the beginning, so much of his inventions/technology had a very Oz feel to their designs. Plus, he brings a type of sympathetic scoundrel aspect to the role. Not to mention, Whale comes from a land without color, like Dorothy would.
Whale makes the most sense if they want to make the Wizard someone we already know.
However, I’m really starting to think that the new mystery man–Christopher Gorham–is going to be the Wizard
