I think after her tine with Hook was when she went to Regina.

Ah OK, gotcha. I’m still up in the air over whether I think she was in NL pre-Regina or not. I do still think he had to have known her in her current state though, even if she’d been there pre-Regina, because Hook was in NL up until just before the Curse, and Tink was probably in NL in her wing-less state since not long after she lost her wings, which was about 15 years (we think) pre-Curse, which puts both Tink and Hook in NL in the decade leading up to the Curse, even if they’d also known each other previously.
