It’s just the whole “after everything we’ve been through together” line that seems to imply some sort of battle or test of wills. If Tink did use some of her pixie dust to help Hook escape, how did he go about getting it? Pan doesn’t trust Hook but Hook trusts Tink who is trusted by Pan. These are three main figures in the NL myth so I think whatever Hook and Tink went through it was against Pan.
