If Regina is the one who banned Tink to NL then Tink had to have done something pretty terrible to Regina, like not kill Snow when Regina asked. Regina did rip out the heart of Graham and make him her slave (basically) because he didn’t kill Snow. This is going to be a very interesting episode.
