So in my headcanon, Rumple sacrifices his Dark One’s shadow in exchange for Henry. The Dark Shadow is so powerful that it restores magic to NL and because the goal of saving NL has been met, PP and Tink are more than happy to let the JR6, Henry, Belle, and Bae (who have joined our JR6 by this point) go home. The Lost Ones and the Lost Boys are happy to stay in NL because it’s becomes the stuff of dreams and imagination again.
