OK, I’m starting to tap my toes a little bit now. ;-)

Sad that the word “tragic” has been used with regards to Regina again.

Indeed it is. However, they also used the word “soulmate” at D23, when talking about Regina’s romance. So perhaps the tragic turn is only temporary, and twoo wuv will end up saving the day?

The term “soulmate” has been used quite a bit to describe Hook and Emma, but I’m still hoping Emma is destined for Neal. Now that it seems Hook is out of the picture for Regina (at least for now), I would rather Hook be with someone other than Emma. That would leave open the possibility of Hook and Ariel. (I’m becoming converted).

Nevertheless, the word “soulmate” for Regina’s new love interest does pose a hopeful outcome one day for her and Robin.

This new spoiler heavily suggests:
1) Marian is dead.
2) The tragedy might be Regina’s doing. She might struggle to let love in or, Heaven forbid, she kills Tamara. Since I’m still clinging to the theory that Tamara is the daughter of Robin Hood and Marian, I hope for Regina’s sake, that Regina doesn’t murder Robin’s long-lost daughter.
