I can’t get behind RegalHood at the moment but that may change after seeing a couple of episodes of season 3.

Regina/Eric is possible since Eric is going to be in multiple episodes which suggests that he has a story which exists outside of Ariel. I would support Regina/Eric over RegalHood.

Also “manly” can be subjective. Neal is a different kind of “manly” compared to Hook as is Rumple to Charming.
