Well I am surprise that the Blue Fairy isn’t getting blamed for or involved in the adoption since most people think she is evil
We DID suspect she’d had something to do with the adoption, until Adam confirmed that she didn’t have her memories as Mother Superior. With no memories, there’s no way she was able to manipulate the adoption process in our world.
