Hook may feel that he wants to tell Emma the truth, but would he be able to do it when it comes to crunch time?
Why wouldn’t he though?
This is just my interpretation, so don’t hate on me CS’ers, but I don’t think Hook is like totally in love with Emma right now. I think he likes her, I think he finds her intriguing and heroic and one heck of a woman. But he’s not to the point where he is so enamored of her that he won’t tell her important information that could hinder or stall their romance.
