Ok. This might seem like a stupid question, but since I’ve been reading on this forum I’ve been wondering this about Cora/Henry & Eva/Leopold. I was always under the impression that Leopold was Henry ‘s older brother: first in line to be king. Eva was visiting to meet him & set up an arranged marriage. I also got an impression she was from Oz the first time I watched it, because of the slippers & the way King Xavier introduces her. At the ball, Henry shows interest in Cora, so Xavier makes the spinning gold deal. In my mind, the ball was to honor Eva & her future marriage.
Since Henry was 5th in line to the throne, they moved to a big estate in the country & didn’t really see his brothers often, so Leopold didn’t really know a grown Regina. It never seemed to me that he didn’t know Cora at all.
Am I totally missing some obvious reasons why this isn’t so?
