I have a feeling that Charming might tell Hook, or that Hook will notice.  But Hook is about saving his own skin, so that when Charming wants to slip away and die by himself he will.  I have a feeling that Charming and Rumple will end up together.  Rumple is in full on dark one mode and he is probably up for making deals.
