Interesting how the languages and names are all linked!
Perhaps in the Onciverse, the Fates are actually three particular Fairies? We know that Fairies can assume human size and tuck away their wings, so perhaps that’s what these two have done, with the specific purpose of guiding Rumple’s life. Meanwhile, Fate #3 remains in her Fairy form as Blue.
The way they’re dressed almost identically, just with some colour and adornment variation, reminds me of the Fairies.
