It all depends on if it’s true, which it may very well be not, that MRJ is unhappy.
The thing about this death spoiler is that it is so FINAL; it’s clear that the charcter/actor will not be seen again even in FB. So, even if it were for storyline purposes, why would Adam/Eddy shut the door so loudly on possible return in some way?
If Emilie wanted to leave because she wasn’t working enough, there’s no way they’d kill Belle – they love Emilie, so they’d keep her alive so they could bring her back in case Em wanted to return. Same thing with anyone……. I’m starting to think that whomever IS getting killed really is unhappy and has no desire at at all to return
