Are you suggesting that he doesn’t have his old memories back? Or just that he’s having issues coming to terms with the two sets of memories that are now in his head? The latter would make sense as to why he’s acting up IMO.
I think he’s having issues coming to terms with it. Any kid would, especially everything he went through–finding out he was living in a cursed town living with the Evil Queen, sleeping curse, kidnapped, heart taken, body swapped, new life…
