Prepare for another Disney reference; this time it’s Emma and Hook discussing storybook alter egos and this is one of those scenes that we predict will be made into gifs quite quickly and we can’t wait. 4. Speaking of Emma and Hook, there is a moment (or several moments) that will definitely have shippers smiling.
I’ve read about Emma showing Hook about his Disney alter ego so many times in fanfics, so I’ll be really looking forward to this. And yay!

I’m glad we’re gonna get some answers about that doll really quickly. Of course, the answers will probably just inspire more questions, but still, I’m glad they’re not gonna withhold the mystery of it indefinitely.

All possible. If I had to make a guess, it would be a Snow/Regina situation. I could see it being Regina and Snow tries to heal her, which only galls Regina.
Of course the other possibility is Charming, given the big “secret” spoiler. And Charmings hides his injuries in order to save Henry. Remember those final shots of Ginny’s over the summer? She said there were spoilers, and in both pics Charming is holding an arrow over his heart, as if he was shot by it.

Bingo, my bet Charming is the one who is injured, and that is his secret.

They did promise us more PapaCharming and Emma moments. Her saving her dad’s life would be a pretty big one. Ok, I’m sorta convinced. Charming is injured (poison perhaps) and hides the extent of his injuries.
