Those rumors started because his agency posted that he finishes filming OUAT in March, which he does because they finish filming the season. Doesn’t mean he won’t be back for next season, it just means that his agency wants to find him something to do in the 3-4 months in between.

I think Adam said that they are filming later than March this year, but still…I think the rumors are simply silly.

He tweeted recently that they film til April 2nd. Granted, Sean’s agent might have been making a rough estimate. I mean, the final few episodes haven’t even been fully written yet. Even if Sean doesn’t film on April 1st and 2nd doesn’t mean he’s being written off, either. They film the scenes out of order, and those few scenes simply may not involve him. They film what, maybe only 2-3 scenes per day?
