Least favorite Female Regular:
Snow. I really liked season 1 Snow, and I like all of the EF Snow, but Snow as a mother to Emma just rubs me the wrong way. But then again, my dislike for the character might be partially due to all the Snow outside 😛

Emma Swan (S1-S3A)
I loved Emma the first time we met her. She was tough and resilient, but there was a fragile vulnerability to her. I loved how she embarked on her own hero’s journey without realizing it. I thought the idea that her true love was her son was such a powerful message to send to TV audience who often get too caught up in romantic pairings and forget that love comes in all forms. Also, she fought a dragon–hands down one of my very favorite scenes in all of ONCE.
Day 2- Least Favourite Female Regular Character (Past or Present)
Emma Swan (S3B-present)
I have no idea who this person is. This isn’t Emma. There is nothing wrong with a character evolving or changing but it should not come at character decimation and everything they once stood for. The fact that more weight is now given to Emma’s romantic entanglements–for all possibly pairings, canon, non-canon, whatever–instead of her relationship with Henry is baffling. Her constant back and forth in S3B drove me insane; it was as if she was two different people and I never knew which Emma I was going to get. She has become “Fandom! Emma” meaning that each week she becomes a different Emma that particular fandoms want to see, but she’s no longer the Emma Swan I loved.

Day 2- Least Favourite Female Regular Character (Past or Present) — I think it’s a tie between Regina and Snow. I haven’t been fond of the writing for Snow since 3A. She was awesome in season two and then somewhere between season two and three, we lost that tough Snow White that most all of us came to love in season one. I think she’s slowly getting back there.
But I think my least favorite character is Regina. There are seasons I like her and empathize with her and then there are times that just make me roll my eyes and want her to leave alone my favorites. Breaking Glass, earlier this season was definitely my least favorite episode because of the way she treated Emma. When the writers put Emma in a position to be mistreated and let her be mistreated, just to prop up another character and make the other one look better (Regina in this case), I just want to smack the writers in general.

Snow is my least favourite female regular because, since 3A, when her storyline became baby orientated due to Ginny Goodwin’s real life pregnancy, Snow’s treatment of Emma became very poor. Snow said in season 2 that Emma should get used to being put first, but in season 3 Snow couldn’t care less about Emma because she has a new baby as a replacement Emma. Snow’s main reason for wanting a baby in the first place is that Emma is too old to play mommy to. As Snow tells Emma, their current relationship is “not what I wanted”. Whereas Snow jumped in a portal after Emma in season 2 not wanting to be separated again, in season 3 Snow is happy to be separated from Emma forever so that she can stay with Charming in Neverland.
Snow was so thick in 3B that it never occurred to her that the stranger she so willingly let into her life could be the wicked witch despite never having seen her before on the off-chance that they might have been friends in the missing year. She demands Charming drop everything to meet the midwife despite the fact that he’s trying to hunt down the wicked witch and complains that he seems distracted. there were plenty of other times he could have met Zelena, he didn’t have to meet her at that exact moment. Snow is then overly possessive of the new baby and won’t let anyone else hold him. She treats Emma horribly when Emma’s powers are on the fritz and if anything makes the situation worse. She is then happy for Emma to give up her powers because it will make Emma “normal”.
Snow is quite self-centred, blurting the truth out in Neverland because she doesn’t want to keep it a secret despite it being the best course of action at that time. She is too attached to Charming to the point that she doesn’t want to live without him so would essentially commit suicide (with her unborn child) and make things difficult for Regina in the process. If the heart splitting had failed, Regina would’ve been up the creek given her past history with Snow. Snow also doesn’t care what happens to anybody else so long as her and her little family unit get what they want.

Keeper of FelixFebruary 2, 2015 at 12:40 pm #295223obisgirlParticipantYup @priceofmagic — and I absolutely could not stand Snow imposing her views of true love on Emma in 3A during the Neverland arc and even after their return to Storybrooke. Her view of true love is still a little skewed (the conversation she had with Regina in Smash the Mirror, that you know, if you and Robin truly love each other again, then go ahead and have an affair. It’ll all work out afterwards because you know, you’re meant to be).

I find this question considering how impossible it is since all of the characters are amazing. However, if I had to choose, I would say Regina. The only reason I would say this is that she continuously tries to change and become better, but she never does. Adam and Eddie keep almost giving her a happy ending, but then bang, not gonna happen. I just think that her character is very inconsistent, which is hard to handle. However, either way, I do think she is an amazing character.Keeper of Alice & Cyrus's Swords, Elsa & Ingrid's Magic, Sven's Saddle, Anna's Ring, Graham's Shoelace, Pan's Dagger, Tallahassee Map, Lily's Scar, Snow's Wanted Poster, and Zelena's Wickedness

Belle.
Belle used to be one of my favourite fairytale characters, and I enjoyed Disney’s version as well.
However, I just don’t think Emily De Ravin is cast well for the part. Aside from the subpar acting, I just don’t think she embodies the character.
Also, the way she has been written, she is just to naive for me. I guess this comes with sticking to the original tale, and I realise the writers have come away from the original tale at times but just not enough for me to make her into a strong and intelligent character.

This is a tough one. I was going to say Snow… but I think Snow is awesome as a whole. Lately she has been a bit ehh, but I think its all due to her pregnancy really. Heck, I think hopefully this season she will be a lot better and more hardcore like she was before. But hmm… least favorite female? I will go with Aurora. I really didn’t like her in the beginning. She got better for me later… Like in her small appearances in S3 later but compared to all the other women of OUAT, shes my least favorite. Love her hair though.

This is a tough one for me…it changes across the seasons. Season 1-3A, Rumple is my favorite, without a doubt. 3B onward, I might have to say Hook. I don’t necessarily like him with Emma, but I think as a character, he has developed a lot, and I think he has a very interesting story. I did like Neal as well, again, not necessarily with Emma, but I loved his belief in hope, and efforts to be a good father to Henry. David, I like on and off…sometimes I think he’s being wimpy and he annoys me, but I do appreciate how well he has adjusted to being a parent to Emma, unlike Snow.
So, I basically listed every male regular 😛 oh well
