I didn’t mean that you thought they were insignificant. I was just saying that four scenes is not what i would consider barely in an episode. All i am saying is that Snow and Emma could still have a plot in this episode especially since it seems to be the two of them on their own with Aurora and Mulan.

Yeah Snow has a sword. I wonder if she fights Mulan when they both wake up. Like i want the episode to continue from right there with Emma and Snow on the ground. Maybe Snow uses that broomstick to fight Mulan off.
It’s definitely Cora that Snow and Emma encounter. I went frame by frame through the promo. You can tell by cloak. It’s the same black cloak Cora wears in “Stable Boy” and the hair is the same even though you only see her from the back. So my theory is that she’s ruling whatever is left of the Enchanted Forest.

I’m thinking Cora as well.
Cant wait for Emma to be way out of her depth & the OMG! moments to roll on in, as Snow protects her daughter from magical bad guys 😆
& yep I heard it as ‘if you cross the boarder, you loose your memory of your old life’ – It remains to be seen however how much, or ‘which’ old life they loose! 😎

It’s gonna be so weird for Emma! She’s going from a place where she was almost the protector in the relationship between Snow and herself now the that whole dynamic is gonna flip! I can just see Mary Margaret going completely mom on her all of a sudden like “sweetie this is how you shoot a bow and arrow”, or “honey hold your sword like this” lol I hope there’s a lot more quirky awkward moments!

I do to!!! I just cant wait to see how that plays out 😆 I think it’ll do Emma’s head in a little 😉
& I guess it sets up the perfect opportunity for Snow to find out more about Emma & try help her start healing & not feeling quite so hurt, alone & abandoned now.I hope Emma see’s she jumped into ‘oblivion/ possible death’ for her & that that sacrifice was only for her- that’s what will probably do her head in to begin with- Snow/MM was willing to knowingly risk dying with her, rather than keep herself safe with her own true love- I cant see Emma ever having felt someone cared about her enough to consider doing that kind of thing for her.
Emma must not know that her parents believed only one person could go through the wardrobe or that her mother was planning to go through pregnant, but Emma was born early. She probably doesn’t realize that her dad basically died defending her as a baby to send her through safely. All she knows is that her parents sent her through the wardrobe without them, and that little Pinocchio was “supposed to be there” for her, but he wasn’t. She must’ve though her parents were unwilling to accompany her, and that the only companion they sent with her was a little boy who couldn’t handle that type of responsibility.
I agree with what was said above. Snow White took a huge risk of sacrifice just for Emma, and that action will speak volumes more than her words did at their initial reunion. Emma has been the one to sacrifice for love, risking her life to fight the dragon and save Henry in 1×22, and consequently, everyone else. Now, Emma gets to be the recipient of a mother’s sacrificial love, and that is going to have powerful effects on Emma and hopefully begin a healing process.

Emma is right though. Regardless of their reasons, which are all irrelevant, Snow and Charming sent Emma through for everyone else, because she is the savior and because of that choice Emma was alone her whole life. We have no idea what Emma went through except we know she was abused and neglected in some way. That is never going to go away and always be true. They can move forward, but not by pretending that Emma wasn’t truly harmed by being sent away.
They can move from there. Emma was harmed. That was real. Now let’s move forward from here and learn to trust from this moment, but not by pretending what Snow and Charming did was right and good and perfect and the only choice to be made. None of that is helpful.
