^I don’t think it ever truly existed. It kind of reminds me of how Snow said that Rumpel could see the future. It’s widely believed, but not entirely true.

It’s gonna be a huge adjustment, Snow is such a strong personality much like Emma funny enough. Snow just seems so comfortable now it’s like as much as Emma is out of her element her mom is in hers.

I think he can just not with absolute clarity, Emma is probably just so out of wack she can’t think straight.

As for “superpowers” of Rumple & Emma- this should clear it up. H&K Have said themselves:
Rumple gets glimpses of the future.
Emma is a human lie detector (that’s why she stayed in SB in the 1st place after asking Regina if she loved Henry- see saw something off in her answer), However, when she gets emotional it knocks her superpower out of whack so it doesn’t function properly.@Surayya wrote:

THE great defense against a liar is to get as much information and let them talk their way of of a predicament. The more information you have the more likely the liar will hang themselves…. WORKS great when you are trying who finished off the cookies in the cookie jar. ( Following cookie crumbs works good too.)

And Emma is clearly very emotional at the moment. I think it makes total sense that when your emotions get in the way it is harder to tell because you are not being detached and just watching them. Snow is unconscious and Emma is annoyed, it isn’t like this is an easy situation.
I think it is just that Emma is really good at spotting a liar and it isn’t as if Cora is lying, she is just being creepy, but that is also because we know what she has done. Emma is not used to a world where people are as insane as Cora or Regina or Rumpel.
Clip #4: loved Snow in mommy mode. Did anyone one else hear it in the way she said “Emma!” It was classic “I’m the mom and i know best so shut up.”
Yeah it is crazy how Ginnifer’s voice has changed. Like she doesn’t sound like Mary Margaret anymore. That has been the biggest change for me.

Last season we only got to see the Snow in Mary Margaret in a couple of instances but now it’s great to see the Snow part so prevalent. Much like Charming, even as he said they are both the part that is their strength is their fairytale self their strength is back and it’s great to see Snow take charge and Emma have to follow her mom’s lead.
