Next weeks episode looks like it’s going to be super fun. 1. Emma-Hook banter. 2. Young Emma. 3. Henry’s father 4. Jack and the Beanstalk and 5. the return of *******spoiler*******Eion Bailey!!
So all in all, the makings of a great episode.
(It’s a pity I’ll be utterly distracted looking for clues that the Mystery Man is Bae. 😐 )

Maybe they’ll do a parallel of Emma and Hook getting to know each other/flirting with her and Neal getting to know each other/flirting!I’m having an overload of emotions: thanks Canadian Promo! ……It might take awhile for me to have coherent thoughts about this….I will be a mess when the sneak peeks come out this week.
One idea that I can get out: how did Emma manage to keep the yellow bug for ten years after stealing it and going to jail? My guess: it was the Mysterious Man’s (Baelfire’s?). We know he has a thing for collecting older items and in the stills for this episode – looks like he’s in the back seat when Emma’s pulled over and then moves to the front. I guess I’m suggesting that Henry’s dad was sleeping in the back seat (probably living in his car) when Emma decides to steal it and that’s how they meet…
When will the sneak peeks be out? The wait is going to be harsh this week! 😥
Usually Wednesday; Thursday at the latest. And there’s usually three sneak peeks…I’m guessing we’ll have one of Emma and Hook, and that the other two will have something to do with Emma’s backstory. (Wishful thinking, right?) Or maybe we’ll get a clip of the giant, instead.
I like your theory, Lil’Red! That would be kinda, well, adorable if she stole the car he was sleeping in.

You always think of the best theories. I was thinking that it was Bae that taught Emma how to steal cars, but I would love it if they had a memorable meeting like that. If they do become endgame eventually, I think it would fit perfectly since Snowing, Rumbelle, Dreamy/Nova all had memorable meetings on the show.
I was thinking about how the car might play into their romance too recently because I think it’s weird that she had it back then and has the same car or same type of car today. If it’s a part of their history together, I think it would be weird that she would have kept it if she’s so bitter towards him that is if she could have even afforded to keep it. If he gave it to her as a gift after she got out of jail, I don’t know why she would have kept it either. Hopefully, our questions will be answered next Sunday.
I can’t wait for the other promos to come out, and really, thank you to whichever of our northern neighbors had the foresight to hold a camera up to the TV during the canadian promo. My feels are going to need all the training they can get so my roommates don’t try and have me committed during next weeks epp…

I’m trying to keep an open mind that Bae could be someone else (i.e. NOT Henry’s father), but to be honest, I’m exactly the same.
(And apart from the meaningful stuff that their relationship could represent, I think deep down I just want to see Rumple’s reaction to SwanFire. 😉 )
Still have no inkling as to what Neal Cassady did that was so horrible. But on the plus side (if there is a plus side), the fact that Emma’s still bitter about their relationship likely means that at one point she cared really deeply for him. She might still. Since all the spoiler scenes are taking place in Portland, Oregon I wonder what “Tallahassee” meant to them? Maybe they had planned to move there and start a family, then something happened.
I also wonder how they’re going to compare/contrast her interactions with Neal and Hook. Can’t wait!
Yay! Swanfire fans. Although I don’t think we’ll get Swanfire until much later seasons, I do hope we’ll have lots of banter and angst. Just like Snow and Charming, only this is coming with a lot more history behind it. From the promo, I don’t think he knows about the baby. I don’t think those two scenes are together. If he doesn’t know about the baby and he ends up finding out, and he’s Bae, too, then he’s going to have a lot of resentment toward Emma. Fireworks! His dad was too cowardly to follow him. He has a lot of daddy issues, so he wouldn’t want to saddle his kid with the same. I think he’s going to want to have a relationship with Henry, for sure, which will drive Emma nuts. I wonder how Daddy Charming will react to him being in town. I really need him to be in Storybrooke by the end of this episode.
Love the idea about the car being his. I did notice he’s in the backseat and frontseat of the car. It would make sense that it’s his car and she ends up with it somehow. It makes it even more bittersweet thinking back on the scene in “We Are Both” of Henry sitting in the Bug and missing Emma. That car is coming to symbolize their family unit. Although, this is assuming that he is the father, which I am.

LOVE this idea of how they could meet! It’d be perfect.
As for how she kept the bug even after going to jail, I just had a thought…do we even know for sure that it’s the same bug? Maybe she bought one that looked just like the original one, for sentimental reasons. Anyway, whether or not it’s exactly the same bug, it’ll stop Neal dead in his tracks when he gets to SB and sees it.
