Official press release for 301
SEASON PREMIERE
EMMA, SNOW, CHARMING, RUMPLESTILTSKIN, HOOK AND REGINA ENTER NEVERLAND TO SAVE HENRY BUT ARE GREETED BY A SCHOOL OF NOT-SO-FRIENDLY MERMAIDS WHO THREATEN TO END THEIR SEARCH BEFORE IT BEGINS, AND NEAL – WITH MULAN’S AID IN THE ENCHANTED FOREST – TRIES TO DISCOVER THE FATES OF EMMA AND HENRY, ON THE SEASON PREMIERE OF ABC’S “ONCE UPON A TIME”
Master storytellers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (“Lost,” “Tron: Legacy”) invite everyone to join Emma Swan, Snow White, Prince Charming, Rumplestiltskin, Hook and the Evil Queen Regina as they travel through a portal on the Jolly Roger in an effort to reach Neverland and save Henry. But Neverland is a much darker place than you remember, and in order for our heroes to accomplish their mission, they’ll have to face a foe more powerful than the Dark One himself. What does Peter Pan want with Henry? Can our heroes put aside their differences and work together? Will Aurora, Mulan and Prince Phillip be able to nurse Neal back to health and reunite him with his family? New fairytale characters will be revealed and old acquaintances will be revisited. So think of a wonderful thought… because our Neverland’s going to be a fever dream that just won’t break.
In the season premiere episode, “Heart of the Truest Believer,” as Emma, Mary Margaret, David, Regina, Mr. Gold and Hook enter Neverland to search for a kidnapped Henry, they’re greeted by a school of not-to-friendly mermaids who threaten to end their search before it begins; Henry finds himself on the run from the Lost Boys with another escapee from Peter Pan’s encampment; and Neal, recovering from his wounds, travels through the Enchanted Forest with Mulan in an attempt to learn the fates of Emma and Henry, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Little bit different from the synopsis

So Bae finds a Doctor and a Nurse then?
Natasha Wilson as mermaid,
September 9, 2013 at 10:41 pm #208924RumplesGirlKeymasterEither that or a lead singer of a very popular band.
Also, Robbie Kay as a fugitive. He’s PP and he’s “running away” with Henry.

Emma gives up Henry like Snow and PC did and that is why on the ship it is reverse. David jumps into save Emma, and Emma is laying in her parents arms like she was a baby when Season 1 started.

In 2007, Matthews guest starred in House in the episode “Half-Wit”. J. Mo was on House…HappyEndings–I love that idea!

1. Peter Pan goes incognito when Henry arrives to help him get what he wants from Henry and we are not suppose to know that he is Peter Pan until later on in the series. Of course, if the book says anything about Peter Pan/Neverland, then Henry will automatically know that the fugitive boy is Peter Pan.
2. ABC tries to prevent us from knowing that Robbie Kay is Peter Pan until we actually watch the episode. ABC tries to hide certain things in the past from us in the press release (like for example MAP not being mentioned during the season 2 finale press release) and when they announced Robbie Kay being part of the cast, they told us that he is gonna play “a Lost Boy”.
So, I think that the first theory is most likely correct but we could be on the look-out for option 2.
Keeper of Tamara's death, Cyrus's bottle, Ariel's red hair, and the mermaid that got turned into a statue in the season 3 premiere episode.

Could well be. JMo (I think?) said that the ep starts with a brief flashback of some sort before cutting to present day.

Yes, one of the other spoilers says that Henry will be running around with another escapee from PP’s camp, and a couple people suggested that it would be PP pretending to be someone he’s not, in order to mess with Henry. Having Robbie listed as “fugitive boy” pretty much confirms that.
September 10, 2013 at 12:11 am #208934SlurpeezParticipantIt would make a LOT of sense for the first scene of 3×1 to be a flash-back of Henry coming into the world, since he is going to strongly feature in S3! Not only has he been kidnapped, but he is probably the boy of prophesy and maybe a savior too. Also, it would parallel nicely with how 1×1 focused on Henry’s mom, Emma, and 2×1 focused on Neal.

September 10, 2013 at 12:22 am #208936PheeParticipantMy original thought was that the flashback could be to Neal landing in FTL, and then they cut to the JR arriving in NL. But the flashback being Henry’s birth, and seeing him taken away from Emma, would fit well into the start of the quest to get him back. And would have us all emotionally wrecked from the very first minute of the ep.

Agreed wonderful parallel.
Also, ABC is trying to keep PP a secret. TVline first announced him as a lost boy and now he’s a fugitive. Lol, ABC. Nice try. We know he’s PP and that he is taking off with Henry.
