I re-watched The Crocodile last night and I realized something, when Rumple boarded the Jolly Roger, before we saw Killian Jones, we had this guy.

Look at him! His clothes are very similar to Killian’s navy attire.

I’ve also always been curious about the Ozzy Osbourne pirate with pink glasses. Like that guy is awesome too.

That guy looks like  a cross between the Quaker Oats Guy and a pirate.

I’d dub him Captain Crunch, except he cannot be a captain too.  So just Crunch.

Since we got the pics and the press release, I had wondered if all of Killian’s men became pirates right along with Hook. Good catch!

Maybe.  If Killian takes over as Captain after Liam dies and he becomes a pirate, I suspect he gives his crew an option.  You can continue sailing with me as pirates or leave.  I would love it if he even uses a line from Jack Sparrow from the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie, being a pirate is freedom.  .

Now my Crackpot theory.

Hook’s father abandoned him
Liam is Hook’s brother, hence same father

Rumple’s father (Colin) abandoned him
Peter Pan “grew up” with Rumple and is probably Rumple’s brother.

Rumple’s doll has the same type jacket as the Navy jackets that Hook and Liam are wearing.

Colin is described as dissatisfied, self-centered and ruthless. The kind of father who would not think twice about abandoning his family. Colin was a sailor and then became a pirate and was probably unfaithful.

Conclusion: Colin is Rumple’s and Pan’s father. Could be same mother or each is from a different mother.
Hook and Liam are bothers born of the same mother and Colin is their father.

Rumple, Pan, Hook and Liam are half-brothers though their father Colin.
