2) Regina’s not to thrilled about that
3) Regina removes herself from the group for some reason (frustration I’ll wager).
4) Regina runs into Rumple and they encounter The Shadow
5) Regina either is Ursula or makes Ariel think she is (how much lobbying do you suppose Lana did for that bit)

All I know is The Queen can make any costume rock!!! Regina is Ursula!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Except for Emma, Regina is like 10000000% done with these people (honestly, at this point I don’t know that I blame her)
I think Regina makes Ariel think that she is Ursula.

Unless he realizes that the Vision!Belle isn’t really his conscience and might be playing some sort of trick? Emilie de Ravin has said that when you find out what is happening it’s surprising.

I’m not convinced Rumple’s the one choking her. It just shows Rumple looking confused/concerned and then Belle choking. It’s not like we see him physically/magically choking her. When I watched it I thought it was a sign of something happening in SB (the SB episode IS after this one after all).
This episode looks like it’ll be much better than this week’s though 🙂

Agreed that Regina has had it with the Charmings sucking face. Yet, I wonder if Regina would leave first or whether Rumple will run into the group first and then Regina peels off from the group. Might Rumple be the one to tell Emma that Neal is alive before Killian gets the chance?

I think so. Only Regina and Rumple have the magic to take on the Shadow. Yet I have to wonder about the wisdom of leaving the Charmings without proper magical defense. I know Emma has magic, but she’s untrained.

Oh, I wonder if Regina attempting to teach Emma to hone her magic is what sets off a conflict between Regina, Snow and David. Maybe that is what causes Regina to leave them to their own devices.

I think that the Shadow might have disguised himself this time as Belle and that maybe Regina is the one choking the Shadow.
