Question from the Canadian promo: PP said that you can’t see the future in NL because time stands still. What does that mean for PP? Is he not a seer then, and if not, how does he know about the prophesy and everything else that would happen (e.g. like making sure true love incarnate had a baby with the spawn of the Dark One)?

Yeah, we were talking about this right after the episode. In the US promo I went frame by frame and you can see Regina and Rumple standing there and a shadow rise from the ground. Evidently she chokes VisionBelle, who collapses and the shadow rises up to reveal it’s true self.
So all this time the Shadow as manifesting itself as Belle. It somehow new how to prey on Rumple’s biggest weakness. Poor Rumple.
