    Pauline in Columbus, Ohio: Still squealing over the news that Joanna Garcia will be playing Ariel on Once! When will we see her?
    We’re guessing episode six, since it is tentatively titled “Ariel.” A not-so-subtle hint, eh? And do you know what other Disney tale has mermaids in it? Peter Pan. We’re just saying.

    TV Line is also saying the episode title is “Ariel”, so it might be official.

    This wouldn’t be the first time we got an episode title named after a character. Are we all forgetting about “Queen of Hearts” and “The Miller’s Daughter”?

    of course not! But those aren’t named for the actual name of the character. They are references to who they are/became but hide who it might actually be. If you’re a casual viewer you may not know who the QoH is but calling the episode Cora is a dead give away.

    Before Ariel’s highly anticipated arrival next season on Once Upon a Time, other mermaids will make a splash on the ABC hit’s Season 3 premiere. But unlike Ariel, these are nasty little fishies. According to Lana Parrilla, her Evil Queen and the rest of the Storybrooke gang traveling to Neverland will encounter a pod of finned creatures who are “beautiful, full-bodied and not the nicest mermaids. They’re more like sirens.”
