What if Ariel is Rumbles mother, and it was she that helped saved Bae from PP because of her connection to Rumble. I don’t know if Ariel is older then Rumble or not just a thought.
Like KFC said, at this point anything is possible.
Because people in NL don’t age physically it doesn’t mess with the timeline if at some point Ariel went to FTL, became human, married Eric, had Rumple (and maybe PP) and then went back to NL where she assumed mermaid-ness again. So t-word wise, it’s fine because she could have left NL looking like a 16 year old, aged in FTL and then returned to NL as her new age.
It’s a bit complicated, though. Did they confirm Eric and Liam the Navy Capt are the same character or are these two different ones?

We don’t know yet. Looking at the names, Eric and Liam don’t share anything in common if that makes a difference.

Liam’s casting call was a guest star for 305 (Hook centric) and Eric’s casting call was recurring starting in 306 (Ariel centric). Looks like two different characters, despite the fact that Liam’s description was fairly Eric-ish.

I think they did that on purpose. It doesn’t mean there is a connection, just that casting knows how to lie and be tricky.

I wonder if they will make an announcement on Eric’s casting and promote it, to the extent they did the same with Phillip and Aurora, or will it be more minor like Prince Thomas? I wasn’t following online back then so not sure how much buzz they tried to generate with Cinderella and her Prince.
