Regina is fond of mirrors, so they could tie her into the Medusa story through that plot point. If they wanna stick with the actual t-word of myth though, Medusa shouldn’t be alive in Snowing’s time, because when Medusa died, she gave birth to Pegasus, and in the Onceiverse, Pegasus lived about 300 years previously, because the Jones brothers had its feathers for the sail.
One word: Midas.
One word: Midas.
That’s an intriguing idea but is the actor who played Midas in S1 listed in the credits? Maybe Snow and Charming go in search of Midas only to discover he’s vanished.

Oh lol. No, I meant that we can get around the Tword issue with Medusa because Midas already been shown to be in the same time as Snowing.
So I totally just googled to see if there was a timeline of Greek myths.

1322 Pegasus the winged horse born from Medusas blood after she is slain by Perseus.
1312 Midas reigns in Phrygia
Those dates are BC, so Midas didn’t come until after Medusa was dead. Only 10 years, but still, they’d be keeping things in the right order if Medusa died in Killian’s time, and Midas lived in Snowing’s time.
Let’s see I’m looking for a six letter word for an undead specter that feeds on the souls of the living, let’s see what could it be hmmm…?
Custodian of Graham's darts, Rumple's spindle and Robin's quiver

The Wraith? But did Snow and Charming recognize the Wraith back in 201?

They did seem to know how to fight it with the fire so maybe they had seen it before? Regina definitely knows about it because IIRC, she’s the one who told Emma what it was but Snowing could have all ready known about it too. Interesting theory!

You’re right they did know how to fight it. Hm. Good theory Storyteller!
Regina seemed to know what the medallion was when Rumple marked her.
All magic comes with a price!
Keeper of FelixRegina seemed to know what the medallion was when Rumple marked her.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Regina knows about the Wraith because Snowing went to find it
