I can’t see the group shot before only the 4 people standing there RG
It’s hard to see in that GIF but Archie is in the very very very back next to Belle at the town line. But he’s not anywhere in the present day shot. Everyone else is, but Archie is missing. (as are Blue and Tink BTW)

Blue and Tink are fairies. The curse sent them all back to where they came from, so I assume all fairies are back in Neverland. Assuming that Once takes from the Peter Pan and Disney Fairies series, all fairies come from Neverland.

We saw Tink in the EF, yes, but its possible that the tree she went to was that tree in Neverland where the pixie dust flowers are. The colors and the flowers look similar. Its possible that Tink and the rest are based in NL and go to different lands to handle their fairy business when they have completed their training. Or maybe I’m just reaching T.T

Either one of us could be right. As it stands we don’t have evidence to point us in any one direction I think. Tink could have “gone home” to NL with Blue in 312. But we do know that Blue was on set for 313 so somehow she at least gets back

Agreed, I reckon when we actually see the ep, there’ll be a cricket and two fairies hovering between Belle and Granny.
Wouldn’t make sense to send the fairies off somewhere else initially IMO, because then they’d have to show a whole other location in order to show where they are. But if they stick them in this shot, they can have Blue tell the others that she and Tink have to go gather up the rest of the fairies and survey the lay of the land to check on everyone/thing, and off they’ll fly.
Ok, here is what I think is/will happening. Everyone is ripped from storybrooke and put in ef. I think WWW wants regina to suffer, how else other than watching her son grow but not knowing who she is? and her kinda being stuck in a fishbowl not even allowed to cummunicate with him. For instance how she was when Owen crossed the town line and couldn’t see her but she could him. Everyone is put back in storybrooke including www, being so close to emma and henry bae tries to leave but is hurt, so he’s the one on the guerney. He tells hook to go find emma and bring them back. Hook succeeds but there is some unknown obsticles. He gets them back and henry remembers when he sees the book. Emma on the other hand needs more convincing.
