So, perhaps the person on the stretcher is Rumple? Maybe when they get back to SB he reappears and needs medical attention…? (I don’t think I’ll ever end a sentence with a period again until… well until this show has a series finale…?)
Edit: I also believe Belle’s “Do you know who cursed us?” is perhaps speaking of the wicked witch cursing them back to SB…

Also. Notice Regina and the gang walking toward something. I bet they are going back to the palace only to find something fly over head and go inside. And that’s when we get the reveal that the witch has taken over and is living on the palace now.

Why are they in their Enchanted Forest outfits when they get back? And I guess they keep their memories…? Oh, and I have a theory. What if the Wicked Witch of the West is the Dark Fairy that got banished, probably to Oz? Maybe she was the Blue Fairy’s sister, possibly making Blue Glinda the Good. She banished WWW because she was afraid that she was getting two powerful and was going to ruin the BF’s perfect utopia. Sneaky Fairy strikes again!

Me aswell! Also did you guys notice that when snow white says we are back and they show the crew that hook is there? I thought we just saw him with Emma. But then again it did say a year later so maybe something happened in between.
I think the “curse” breaks in 312 and the SB stuff is actually 313.

Did they said the people in FTL, kept their memories of SB or did they say that they only have only their FTL memories?
So a year latter and David sends Hook to get Emma to help save them again. The potion I take it that Hook gives Emma is her memories back. Perhaps Regina makes the potion to give to Hook. Since Tink used the fairy dust I don’t know how Hook gets back to NY or perhaps this is when the Red Slippers come in?
So the change of clothes is because it is showing time passing and that is why Neal has the gray streak in his hair.
Apparently what the new Witch takes them back to SB or is SB now down in Flashbacks? Or because when Emma goes back to SB that reversed the curse and it brings SB back.
