No I think the whole thing crashing out the window is just one flying monkey not dragging anything it’s just huge
I see that now. The HQ version made it easier to see it. The wings are just huge. Got a better look at the monkey when it picks someone up at the town line too.

I think Little John was taken in FTL, they are on a dirt road, he has clothes on from FTL. The red line is to show that the curse is taking him and the others to SB.

I just did a comparison of the screenshot of the cellar scene from 3×13 with the BTS photo J-Mo tweeted from 3×16. The houses look somewhat similar to me (though it’s hard to tell for sure).

From the better quality promo it looks like Regina is leading the group on a trip to her castle (probably since Snow and David’s was destroyed by the curse) only to encounter a magical barrier.
