There doesn’t seem to be any sort of logic about who is where, is my main issue. If it was those brought to our world by the Curse, then we shouldn’t have reports of Snowing and Rumbelle (both Emilie AND Bobby at various points) on the faux-NYC set. And then Neal SHOULD be in NYC. Which is why I’m starting to think that Regina is the only one who goes to the EF as she was the one who cast the Curse but everyone else is in our world, in NYC.
I don’t think they’re all in NYC -how can they be when the photos show they’re in FTL costumes? I think only Emma, Henry and Hook are there………but god knows how Hook is in FTL as well…

Maybe everyone comes to Regina in a dream and tells her about how much she hurt them by casting the Curse? (except why are Philora there….) (ugh)
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"We definitely need to re-cap what we know or rather don’t know about this new curse and what this whole business is with Regina apparently saying goodbye. Cause I’m getting the notion that the Dark Curse has layers to it. My thought is Emma broke layer one in the Season 1 finale. Layer two emerged when magic came to town and laid down the border that stuck the characters in their cursed selves if they crossed. This apparent new curse could be layer 3. With the characters seen in the photos the only plausible arguments I can make are:
1) That particular group finds itself back in the Forest.
2) That they haven’t really left Storybrooke.
3) That it’s some kind of elaborate dream sequence. (but the presence of Belle, Neal, Aurora and Philip makes me think otherwise)

Alright:
KNOW: Grumpy comes running down the road yelling, “The Curse! It’s here!” which is a direct line from the pilot; Regina gave Henry a hug and said goodbye before leaving him with Emma; Henry, Hook and Emma are FOR SURE in NYC; we have rumors/reports of Snow, Charming, Rumple and Belle being in NYC but not verified as of yet (and that’s for 312); we have images of horses and men dressed as FTL guards for 312 and Lana shooting in the EF for 312; We also have rumors that MRJ was shooting in the EF, but there are also rumors that he was shooting inside the NYC set.
Don’t Know: everything and anything. We have nothing but uncontextualized rumors and photos.

I think it depends on who is doing the dreaming. Belle in gold gown and Nealfire in FTL clothing, to me, scream Rumple’s dream. But the presence of Philora doesn’t make any sense as we don’t know that Rumple knows them.
Regina has never seen Belle in her gold gown and doesn’t know Philora either, so far as we know.
Emma may have seen Belle in the gold dress in Henry’s book, she knows Philora, and she is still struggling to accept that Neal was more than Neal. So dream wise, it could be Emma.

A) After Rumple’s confrontation with his father that sets in motion a series of events that triggers a facet of the curse.
B) Lana tweeted a while back that Regina’s heart will brighten again, it’s possible that Emma, Henry and the rest of the gang have Regina’s true self in sight but since Regina is linked to the darkness it won’t relinquish her w/o a fight and in order to spare Henry whatever, evil that curse may cause her to do she exiles herself to the forest prompting a rescue mission that involves a detour to NYC for some reason. And when the heroes arrive in the Forest the curse makes them look as they did before.
C) Emma and Henry get stranded in Storybrooke with the challenge of reuniting everyone maybe while facing down remnants of that network Pan had created (Greg, Tamara, John & Michael may not be the only ones)

Agreed. Killing Pan somehow has consequences outside of whatever it might mean for the Dark One, since Rumple uses his dagger

“The Darkness likes the way you taste.” If Regina is going to be apart from everyone, I would prefer it be of her own choosing and not some magical separation tactic.

Yes I doubt that GOAT and the Darlings Bros are the only members of the Home Office. We know, for example, that Tamara had the red potion the Dragon gave her sent out for analysis so there has to be a more science-y division in the world somewhere.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I think Regina volunteers to go clean up EF. She meant to die over the fail safe and she realizes how the people in the town view her. Insisting that she gets to stay in town and play happy mommy mayor after all she did would not show true remorse. By fighting to restore what she can of what she took (their land) she would be trying to right the wrongs she caused and lighten her heart in a way that might inspire forgiveness on the part of the displaced EF folk. Ogres are no joke so solving their infestation is no small thing!
As to the set pics–a dream is funny as no one person has seen all those characters in those costumes. Maybe it is the person who wrote the book?

I doubt that, with all the talk about how they are a family and that they don’t leave family behind. I would think after Regina’s part in Op. Save Henry that the desire would be for the family to be whole and united. If Regina was to separate herself from them the only reasons I can think of are to spare Henry something horrible or to seek out Rob (which I doubt is going to happen since it seems she considers him lost and that hole in her heart has got to be a factor even if her heart begins to come back to life as it were.)
On a side note what I’m hoping is we’ll discover that Rob was Snow’s teacher in the ways of the thief and that with a bit of cajoling from the Charming clan Rob will fight w/ them to rescue Regina from the darkness so that their love can conquer all. It’s just the incurable romantic in me.
