A Curious Thing” – Zelena threatens to kill Henry if Hook – whose lips have been cursed by the Wicked Witch — doesn’t proceed with kissing Emma, which will drain all of her magical powers away, and things begin to heat up between Regina and Robin Hood. Meanwhile, back in the Fairy Tale Land that was during the past year, Snow and Charming go in search of Glinda, The Good Witch of the South, to see if she can help them defeat Zelena, and the curse that will ultimately send the Fairy Tale characters back to Storybrooke is cast — but from an unlikely source, on “Once Upon a Time,” SUNDAY, APRIL 27 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
“Once Upon a Time” stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret, Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, Lana Parrilla as the Evil Queen/Regina, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Emilie de Ravin as Belle, Colin O’Donoghue as Hook, Michael Raymond-James as Baelfire/Neal Cassidy, Jared S. Gilmore as Henry Mills and Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold.

Well, I’d say for sure CS is going to kiss again in order to save Henry but man—this kinda…blows? Sorry CSers, I may not ship it but this sorta sucks for all parties, doesn’t it?

2) Bah. I’m guessing Emma’s even way more powerful than anyone gives her credit for and the kiss doesn’t even do anything. They’ve focused so much on the magic they’re not going to just suck it away. They could’ve just not focused on it.

Sorry. I wasn’t trying to be Anti-CS. You’re probably right that Emma is so powerful that the Curse won’t do anything. But it’s still a sucky situation.

After all, Hook himself compared his ship to a woman. That would explain why it’s not in SB now and also why Hook escaped being cursed. We still have yet to discover how Hook ended up in New York City, rater than SB. Maybe Hook did it to get back to Emma. When Regina cast the first curse, her memories remained in tact. And so far, Hook is the only person other than Zelena who seems to remember the missing year.

Interesting idea Slurpeez. I admit, the Hook Conspiracy Theorists got me thinking during last nights “sorry that was just me crossing my legs” weirdo line. Maybe he was forced, somehow, into casting it? And as far as we know, there really isn’t any major characters that were sacrificed for the curse….?
If they make Snow cast this curse, I may never stop yelling.

Snow casting the curse is impossible, since we know whoever cast it had to give up the heart of the thing they loved most.
I could see Aurora doing it if Philip is already dead (killed by WWW?) and they just take the heart from his body.
Unlikely source huh? I say Grumpy! He just missed Storybrooke and Granny’s bacon TOO much.

Still not sure about the “Hook sacrifices the JR to enact the curse” theory, just because Adam has said recently that someone’s heart is still sacrificed. I get the analogy that the JR is Hook’s love, but how do you take a heart from a ship? Especially if a ship probably doesn’t have a physical heart? And if you don’t need to a physical heart from the JR, what do you do burn it? Something’s off.

Said this in a few places, but talismans are a HUGE part of this season. By loving the JR and equating it to Emma, Hook has transferred some of his love to the ship itself. Sacrificing it would be like sacrificing a heart if you go with the talismans theory.
However, there is very little reason to have Aurora and Philip back so it’s probably them.
