My guess is that for some reason Emma and that lot want to question the Pan in the box and in order to prevent him from using any magic they free him from the box on the town border only to discover the switch. I wonder if Emma will be able to take a leap of faith and believe that the switch happened.

Yeah, they need him rendered powerless but still able to be questioned, and over the town line is the only way to do that. So they must let him out of the Box on the SB side, then shove him over, (Rumple is holding the cane of pain, so my money is on that being used to force him over the line), and Emma’s there to shoot him down if he tries anything.

Jared gets a fair bit of heat for his acting sometimes, and sometimes I concede that the comments are sorta justified, but he was great in that scene where he was meant to be Pan. I totally bought his portrayal, he totally sounded like a different character.
Odd coinky-dink, two weeks ago Rumple said his father was too powerful for Regina to handle and yet it was Regina who had the ability to break the vines and steal back the heart. A big clue I think that Rumple underestimates her.

Yes but then what? They shove him over the town line and…leave him? Make him walk into the woods? Shoot him? Question him and then put him back in the box?

Does she say, “you two can stop him?” As in Belle and Rumple. We saw in the promo that Belle is at the town line with the rest of the gang (YAY) so how do the two of them stop Pan/or can stop Pan? Or did I miss hear?
