So Rumple is wearing his scarf near the town line. Does he think he needs to be the one to go over and deal with Pan. He and Emma can cross but no one else. Maybe that’s why Emma and Charming go to Rumple?
If only there weren’t text on the screen, but is that the Box on the ground under the “on” in “Conway”? When he put Pan into the Box, Rumple made a comment about blood magic working both ways, and it was Neal who got Rumple out of the Box, so perhaps Rumple has to be the one to open the Box in this scene, hence the shawl, because he had to momentarily go over the line?

Oh good point. It has to be blood magic, again. (Where is Neal BTW? Is he with Henry?) and so far as they know, that is Pan in the box so Emma can’t open it as she is not related by blood to Pan.

I’m gonna guess yes. Then PanInTheBox will be all, “I’m Henry! The kid you think is me, is actually Pan.” Then they’ll be, “Oh crap, Neal’s alone with Pan?” Then they’ll call Neal and there’ll be no answer because FakeHenry bopped him on the head and knocked him unconscious so he could go run around town with Felix.
Actually, Regina’s not at the town line either, is she? She could replace Neal in that above scenario, if they wanna give Neal some time to go hang out with the Darlings.
It would be hilarious seeing “Henry” knocking people out. Just try and picture it.

Good ideas. I’m betting The PanInTheBox (LOL) is with Regina and Neal is with the Darlings. One of the promo photos has Neal, Emma, Henry and Regina together and I’m wondering if “Henry” is going to go home with Regina for awhile while Emma tries to sort out the town and Neal reunites with Darlings.

Pan!Henry did say “let’s play” at the end of 309 and we know Pan’s favorite game is “tear the heroes apart!” I think you’re probably on to something.

Him deciding to play one set of parents off of the other would be a classic “let’s play” PP tactic. I wonder if PP wants to tie up Regina because so far she’s the only one who has managed to really cause any challenge to PP. I also wonder if PP will have power in SB, since even though there is magic there, PP’s and Henry’s magic seems to rely on NL’s special imagination magic.

Since the people in Storybrooke don’t age just like people in Neverland, I’m thinking Regina’s curse required some ingredient/magic/whatever from Neverland or Pan. (maybe that healing water or something).
Pan (in Henry) thinks he can turn Storybrooke into “The New Neverland” because of the way SB would have been magically constructed.
If there’s any truth to this theory, then Pan’s Neverland magic might actually work in Storybrooke.
Perhaps the only reason Pan is able to leave Neverland on the JR is because the next stop is Storybrooke. The two places are linked by the curse or something.
