I’d been thinking for a while that the Curse actually had its origin in NL, because as you say, the time standing still thing is so similar. Now that we’ve seen Rumple and Pan’s backstory though, I no longer think that Rumple possibly went to NL to get the Curse, so it probably didn’t originate there after all. That doesn’t mean that there can’t still be a connection somehow though. Maybe Rumple got some element of the Curse from someone who had been to NL, or something like that.
If there’s any truth to this theory, then Pan’s Neverland magic might actually work in Storybrooke.

I am wondering that too Pan14, because it is possible Pan drank that water too, just like Charming at some point in Pan’s very long life. Of course, does that mean Henry would die in Pan’s body or would Pan die ? How does it work magically?
Kudos to whoever first mentioned Medusa: Medusa being a Gorgon, how about some goronzola cheese instead of a cookie?
I agree, Pan is going to want to rip the parents apart, and pick at old wounds. As Henry, he can get away with a lot, but I also don’t think he’d want to be near Regina. She’s too…suspicious. Even as she is hungry for Henry’s love and approval, I think she’s also the one most likely to notice because she spent the most years with him. Emma knows him slightly better, and Neal least of all. So I could see Pan picking Neal, because that would stir the most emotions up. Regina and Emma would feel hurt, and of course, that leaves Hook to “comfort” Emma, which gets on Neal’s nerves, and then you have Rumple happy to see Belle again but still having to be on best behavior. Pan might let something slip to Rumple alone but in a way that is sort of “Hah ah, he’ll never believe you that I’m not me., and if you say anything, you have no proof He’ll just think you’re on about the prophecy again.”

The problem with Medusa is that if you know the story, she is defeated by a mirror (well a mirror shield thing) given to Perseus from Athena. Regina has…mirrors. Lots of them. Kinda a trademark for her. So I don’t see this plan really working. (obviously) but still…better thinking next time Snowing.

Yea, I don’t think this is a great idea either Regina could take her out in a heart beat so to speak.
It seems like a pretty poor plan all around really. Not only does Regina have lots of mirrors, but it looks like they’re going to see Medusa with nothing to protect themselves except, “Don’t look at her eyes.” Really not the best way for them to have spent their honeymoon.

Yeah what exactly is Snow’s plan? She and Charming would be affected by the eyes as well. And a mirror would only defeat Medusa and then render it useless against Regina.

Remember that time they talked Rumple into letting them find his cleverly hidden dagger, only to lead Cora & Regina right to it. Or how Charming let George get his hands on the hat? Or how about that time Snow thought Regina could not hurt them any more so let her go? Then they tried to use the BF to freeze Regina and she couldn’t, or hide the beans ….
