That would also be usefull when Goat has the Diamond. Why didn’t he remember than. Better die with his not remembering girlfriend.

I think this is the point both ST and I are making: this is incredibly convenient plot device-y. A and E sorta just came up with this, like how they came up with the black diamond in S2.
I’m not going to think too much about it, though. We just gotta take their word, and move on.

I’m glad they brought back the cuff but on the whole, they don’t always get around to revisiting these one-off plot device things and they seem all the more one-off and silly.
We have to suspend a lot of disbelief, and perhaps in the whole context of the scene it makes sense, since we’ve seen Regina alter the curse for specific people while the current curse was technically “broken”– that is Lacey. So I wonder if it is she can prevent the new curse by doing something as the current “owner” of the scroll, until the new curse takes effect?
Maybe we’re on to something that Pan will think Felix’s heart will do the trick but it won’t, and Pan will realize he has to kill Rumple for his heart. By the time it goes down though, their plan to stop the curse won’t work, so all Regina can do is alter it a little. What I don’t quite know is where the WWW comes in here, and I guess that’s what we have to wait to see! What if SHE is the one that originally wrote the curse and altering it the way Regina does summons her, but therefore also allows it to be broken. The bad news is, that means the WWW is there.

December 13, 2013 at 6:14 pm #230381RumplesGirlKeymasterI get the feeling this is going to be an incredibly dramatic episode. As shocking as “The Heart is a Lonely Hunter” and more climactic than “Queen of Hearts.”

I like the way you think. 😉
Is it possible the scroll only says a heart is required without specifying what kind of heart?
This is what I’m thinking. They’re talking in this new clip about the purpose of the Curse. “The last one was created to service the Queen’s wishes. This will be done per Pan’s desire.” And Panry says, “They’ll be slaves to this new land we’re making.” Regina wanted to take away everyone’s love and happiness, so she could have her own, therefore, she needed the heart of the thing she loved most. Pan wants to make everyone his minions, so he needs the heart of his most loyal minion. The way he was looking at Felix was very, “You’re going in the well next, friend.”
BTW, props to Jared, because the way he was dropping the stuff into the well, his whole attitude in that scene, I’m totally buying him as Pan.
Plus, we saw the spoiler images for 3×11 of Peter Pan (aka Robbie Kay) holding what appears to be the scroll. So, I think that HenryPan drops the necessary ingredients down the well which are required to unleash the curse, but that he holds onto the parchment up on which the spell is actually written.
Yeah, Pan has the scroll when they’re out in the street, and it looks like it ends up in Regina’s hand, so it didn’t go in the well.

YES. At the end Felix makes his declaration that Pan Never Fails and he just reeks of loyalty and Jared just gives him this uber creepy smile and instantly I said, “oh…goodbye Felix….” RIIIIIIIIP

Rumple will come back. Pan will get his in the end.
I at least hope that Felix is in the flashback so we can understand why he’s so loyal to Pan and what their story is.
