1.) This sounds like a filler episode. 2.) I guess this is the episode where Henry gets behind the wheel xD 3.) This press release… Really made me not excited at all for the episode >>

lol – i do love this fandom… we do seriously have so many opinions on the same scene.   A lot of us have been awaiting this episode since the title was release and the CS thread had a collective squeeee last night when we saw the Hook in armor scene of the promo.  haha.  Well regardless if it it is a Hook centric episode… I really hope its not filler.  And I hope the Henry driving scene turns out cute.

    I’m excited to see:

    1.  what Hook was doing during that year

    2.  Ariel and Hook on a mission

    3.  Regina teach Emma magic and maybe Emma filling Regina in on Henry’s life.  I know Regina’s heart is currently MIA but I think she would appreciate it once she gets it back.

Matt said this earlier in chat, but it depends on what your definition of “filler” is,right? This is probably going to be more character driven rather than myth driven. But when I stop to think about other really big MYTH episodes, the ones that follow tend to be smaller personal stories but I wouldn’t call them “filler”

So, for example, “Manhattan” was followed by “The Queen is Dead” which advanced the plot slightly but was more focused on Snow’s relationship with her mother.

“The Miller’s Daughter” which brought an entire arc to a close was followed by Welcome to Storybrooke” which was really about Regina’s loneliness.

So, after “It’s Not Easy Being Green”, it’s just very ONCE-ish to follow up with a lighter, more character driven episode.

lol  – yeah, no complaints here.  As a Hook fan I am looking forward to this.  🙂

Having just seen the promo pics for 317, as someone who tends to keep a wary eye on Hook, I’m actually excited for some legit pirate shenanigans.

I kinda like the pot calling the kettle “boring”. He’s a cute kid, but he’s not exactly an action hero.
I’m beginning to wonder if season 4 will come from Henry’s video game instead of the book. Speaking of the book……where the heck is it? Deleted scene?

Rememebr the theory that Eric is related to King Xavier and Henry Sr. Because the castles looked so similar??? Well it could be TRUE!!! That could be why BlackBeard kidnapped him… Because Zelena wants him!!!

That would be an interesting twist. I certainly hope there’s more to Eric’s kidnapping than just having been randomly kidnapped.

I’m starting to think that they realised that scene wouldn’t fit if they wanted to keep showing Emma wanting to take him back to NYC. They needed to keep Henry oblivious to the fairytales in order for Emma to be considering leaving as an option. Also, if we had Emma wanting him to not remember and Regina giving him the book to help him remember, that puts them at odds and they’ve been trying to portray them as being a team lately.

What If: King Xavier is the father of Zelena, and grandfather (or great grandfather… I forget this family thing sometimes >>) of Prince Eric. Perhaps Xavier is dead and Zelena wants also to kidnap her little stepbrother… Or something… I’m confused >> disregard my crack theories over here. It could explain why Cora abandons Zelena… She can’t have a baby by the king while married to his son… >>

Anyone remember if Gil was seen at any of the Stevenston shoots for this ep? Because I just had this random depressing thought that maybe Ariel can’t find him in SB because they didn’t save him after all in the missing year, Blackbeard killed him and Ariel just doesn’t remember. But if Gil was seen in Stevenston then it’s obviously not the case, I just don’t recall if he was seen or not.
