– Rose McGowan!! Too bad it had to be after her death, but it was nice to see more of Cora’s past. Eva betraying Cora, like Snow once did Regina, it was a nice parallel. And uhm I’m with Snow here, when did Eva become such a nice lady, since she was quite the brat before.
– The Regina/Snow moments and the fact that Regina stepped in between Cora and Snow. There was a time when all she wanted was Snow’s head on a platter, now she’s defending her against creepy blue ghost Cora. This connection was long overdue.
– Belle and Regina apologizing to her (Take notes Hook).
Disliked:
– The Rumple/Zelena dinner. It was all kinds of icky. And to be truthful it added very little. Yeah a bit of info on her plan, but really couldn’t that have been done elsewhere without her cleavage showing all over the place?
– Eva being called dark. Uhm well she only told a secret, how does that immediately make someone dark? Although after one attempt at using dark magic, Neal was also labeled a villain instantly, so I guess those labels are easy to gain.
On the fence:
– I didn’t expect to be saying this, but the OQ kiss kinda left me unbothered. Maybe it felt out of place? I’m not sure, but I didn’t get the wow factor I was expecting when they would have their first onscreen kiss.

Nevertheless, there is one thing that really annoys me, though it’s nothing new… Why is everyone calling Snow Mary Margaret? I get, that Emma prefers Gold to Rumple since it must be weird for her and hat Charming is called David because that’s his real name, but no one calls Belle Lacey or Regina Mayor Mills.
YES. Regina calling her MM was just odd. I get that “they are both” but she’s Snow. Just because they moved locations doesn’t mean she’s cursed MM again. Just call her Snow!
Snow is easier to say than Mary-Margeret as well so it’s not like they’re using the cursed name for speed either.
All magic comes with a price!
Keeper of FelixSnow had to be part of the séance because she was Cora’s “murderer”. I think SNow was apologising more for the way she killed Cora, using Regina as a tool, rather than actually killing her if that makes sense.
Oh, that makes sense. I somehow managed to completely miss that!
Drat, now I need to find something new to criticize about the episode. Hmmm… I thought it was kinda odd that Regina was able to passionately kiss Robin without her heart. Soul-loving? Really? I guess hearts are overrated.
Favorite:
- Regina!! Darling, I’ve never been able to say this, but you made the episode for me. Go get your man, Regina. Stop being a victim because you are a queen! Right on! *high five*
- Belle is being a hero. I am too happy. It’s like she’s finally part of something. She is interacting with Emma. Has that ever even happened?
- Belle telling Regina off, and ordering her to get out of the shop.
- Regina, then, being like “Yeah, okay. I suck for all that stuff”.
Least Favorite:
- Snow…Oh my goodness. Just when I thought I’d be proven wrong about what I said about her being treated unfairly, they just…I have had it up to here. It’s annoying. Stop. If this show has her blame herself or any other part of her family, calling them dark and bratty or somesuch, for something that was completely reasonable to do ever again, I am beating something to death with a wrench. She has insulted the memory of her mother by calling her a brat because she told the truth about the woman who stole her fiance and later murdered her. You have insulted your mother’s memory to the nth degree! Why? To boost up the woman who murdered her. If I was Princess Eva, I would be so ashamed of my daughter’s behavior at that point.
- Zelena and Regina’s dialogue felt a bit too hammy for my tastes.
- Cora’s scenes were okay. I didn’t hate them, but I didn’t enjoy them beyond belief
- Rumpel…No. Please, stop. Stop. I’m crying, Rumpel. Stop.
- Zelena not being dead.
- Zelena moaning.
- Zelena not being dead.
Other than that, it was a pretty good episode.
