Whoa. Maybe that was supposed to be how DQ neutralized Elsa’s magic when she’s threatening Hook?
I guess they just dropped that line of thought, but…I just noticed that’s what the dust would do, and guess who has it now?

So, I’m confused now. The Snow Queen was also in that bottle at one point. Couldn’t anyone go get more dirt, from the same place, sprinkle it on her and temporarily neutralize her powers? I don’t get it.
Also, if Rumple says “good thing I have it safe and sound” that tells me it’s not safe or sound.
