407: Script Teases

Well, I would be pleased as punch if this conversation led to a flashback of Blue Fairy telling a lonely young Robin Hood to go to the pub. That a beautiful young woman would walk through the door, and that woman would be his destined true love. (Meaning Marian) Maybe after Regina failed to enter the pub, Marian walked in.

I’ve always wondered why Blue was so upset at Tink. Upset enough to banish her to Neverland.

I’m hoping this will lead to Robin remembering why he loved Marian and falling for her again.

Then he and Regina can be soulmate friends and Regina can fall for some other guy who isn’t already married and doesn’t have a little kid she can put in danger and she and Robin can have drinks and laugh about their new lives and her pregnancy and Roland’s grades…and on weekends, Regina can babysit Roland while Robin takes Marian to Granny’s for dinner out.

Except for weekends when someone’s out to kill Regina. Then Belle babysits.

To be fair, Wonderland was very vague when it came to when the Will/Robin Hood flashback took place. Yeah Jane tweeted it was before “Lacey”, but it was never confirmed in-show, nor did that necessarily mean it was before Robin ever met Marian. Marian might have still been living within Nottingham during this point in time, and the two just weren’t married yet. The main thing you can argue that’s potentially problematic is how Will said he was told “a three dozen times”, when it was clear Will had only been with the Merry Men for “a few days” at most, based on Will’s comment back in that episode.
