Woman! How long do your eyelashes need to be, exactly?

Everyone’s lashes on this show have been ridiculous. I’m all for some falsies to enhance a look but so many times I’ve been distracted wondering how they can even see with the huge lashes they use on this show.

I wonder if she trades Elsa to Rumple for the prophecy.

Hope not because Rumple didn’t know Emma’s name until he was trapped in the cell just before the Curse happened.

This may upset some folks. It’s not meant to do that, to be rude, or even to be ungracious, but I will not be ashamed of my opinion. Rumple is so predictable at this point, I am truly bored by him, and I am frustrated by so many guest character arcs distracting from main character and story development. If I were a cast member of this show, I think that would really bring me to question whether I wanted to be a part of it, as it seems it’d be having a contract with such restricted professional development. I am not concerned about, whether appreciating whatever the show’s writers do, makes me a “real fan” of the show. I am a “real viewer”, and I’m the one, whose emotions bear the consequences from what I allow into my life from the tv set in my living room. I am a Colin O’Donoghue fan, I watch for Captain Hook, and disappointments like so much saturation of guest characters, such as was the case in today’s release of promo pictures and spoilers, are things why if nothing changes in Once Upon A Time to give me what I want to see, I will eh…”Let it Go” (pun intended).

Yeah, the makeup on a lot of characters has been occasionally distracting. Belle’s lipstick in the flashbacks for Family Business, for example…wth. Even Rumple’s makeup is sometimes a distraction–remember his nose in the Miller’s Daughter? It was like falling off or something.

Oh Lord don’t remind me, Rumple’s makeup was often patchy last season and it really bugs me because it’s a thing they should have so easily noticed and fixed during shooting. They seem to have done a better job with it so far this season. Regina’s makeup is always on point (though still with the occasional eyelash explosion), I dunno if Lana has her own dedicated makeup artist, but whoever makes her up knows what they’re doing.

LOL you think there is continuity

As a general rule I’ve pretty much given up on expecting continuity. But for a plot point that was so vital as Rumple learning Emma’s name, that’s a fact they really shouldn’t screw with.

What if Rumple knew about the prophecy and the savior’s name the entire time, but never knew when that savior would be born? If he knew about the prophecy, and traded the urn for it, then he would just be playing a waiting game for the right baby to be born.

Clearly, he already knew about the savior’s future existence when Emma and Hook went back in time since he said he hasn’t cast the curse yet. This would imply that he was already knowledgeable of the savior’s existence and potentially her name. He could have forgotten the name as a result of taking the forgetting potion prior to her leaving.  Plus, he already had the urn in his possession at that time.

Wild theory – Rumple traded the prophecy to Ingrid in exchange for urn so that both of their missions could be accomplished. Ingrid would travel to the Land without Magic awaiting Emma’s arrival so that she could “protect” her once she came.  Rumple would hold on to Elsa anticipating Emma’s trip and knowing that would fulfill his end of the deal by reuniting the “sisters.’ Totally crazy theory but hey, it’s OUAT so anything’s possible.
