Crack theory: With Henry having to give the heroes a happy ending to undo the book, but with Snow and Charming too evil in this AU, Henry is going to focus on giving Regina her happy ending. In other words, Henry is going to work to get OQ together in this AU.
If with you on this theory POM. Just as in S1, he had to convince Emma that the book was real and that everyone was EF characters, he will now have to convince Reggie that the Heroes & Villains book is real, and that everyone was once SB characters. No TLK though to break the curse, this time it will be OQ’s HE. 🙂
On an even crackier note, knowing how much A&E love their nods to famous movies, wouldn’t it be a scream to see Reggie crash Zelena & Robin’s wedding and pull a scene off like in The Graduate? Reggie screaming out NO!!! from the back of the chapel; Robin leaves Zelena at the alter; and then Reggie & Robin make their escape just before the last bell tolls at sunset. Here’s to you, Mrs. Robinson! 🙂

So looks like my theory that the Author is only altering memories and personalities, while not technically undoing the past, is accurate. And yep, he can’t bring back the dead.
I’m hoping that the reasons why the press release for the finale showed guest appearances as TBA is because they wanted to surprise us with Dylan Schmid. No reason why they can’t show a flashback of Rumple’s new ‘fake’ memories of what happened with Bae. Bae can also be older than 14 in Rumple’s new memories. Wishful thinking but I’ll be wishing on a star over the next two nights. 🙂

What does that mean? That the events the Author wrote into existence can be changed/undone? I guess that would be a way to move the potential for darkness back to Emma.
Ok, so this Author’s quill and ink can only change the past that it created and A&E have confirmed that Isaac did not write Rumple & Bae’s earlier story. For me that says that there’s still hope for the future. If the quill and ink used to originally write Rumple & Bae’s past still exists somewhere, surely they can be used again to change Rumple & Bae’s past.

The babies are probably still being taken care of by their (evil) parents. Cinderella is probably the Wicked Stepsister to Anastastia’s fairytale. Sleeping Beauty is probably a dragon.
