I’m actually wondering how much Grail lore they can place in OUAT without it straining a lot of credulity. Unless Arthur and his knights quest to find the Grail took them to our world…but that raises the question of how Arthur and his knights of Camelot (which is in the EF) became acquainted with Christianity and its relics to the point where they actively sought them.

Jane wrote it. That’s the biggest clue.

But now that Matt pointed out what the Siege Perilous is (which I didn’t know) I’m doubting it’s a Regina episode. I’m starting to think it might be a Robin episode (which would include Regina) and somehow Robin was at the Round Table and this is his history of that.

Almost forgot that we can now expect centrics for Robin and Zelena now that they are regulars, which could even include centrics that don’t heavily involve Regina.

Don’t forget at least 2 episodes for the Camelot gang. 1 for Merlin (at least) and 1 for Arthur/Guinevere/Lancelot (at least)

Though at least some of the Camelot centrics will also be centrics for some of the regulars, which tends to be the case. The Frozen arc was a rare occurrence where we actually got flashbacks without any of the regulars involved. Only other time I can recall that happening since then was Cruella’s flashback, which only involved her, Cruella’s mother, and Isaac. We did also get that flashback of when Isaac became the Author, but it was brief and only lasted for the first 5 minutes or so of the episode.

I’m almost willing to bet that one of these episodes will be titled Sword In The Stone!

But yeah…I think this is the Robin Hood centric with a dash of Regina. Something was attacking Robin in the BTS Pics for 5×02, so it would be a nice set up into his centric 5×03.

Is it possible that Christianity is a thing in other realms? I mean….Narnia….Aslan…. Emperor Beyond The Sea……. right?

No. Narnia and Aslan are allegories. We understand them as Christian allegories because we live in this world and know the common Chrsitology, but the characters in THAT world do not. In order for Christianity to exist in other realms, you have to have the same historical sequence of events that stretches all the way back to Israel and David and goes through the first Jewish Diaspora, the Roman Empire, Paul and his travels, and most importantly the historical crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth.

Three words my friend…. The Author Isaac.

He’s originally from this world, so I personally think he somehow introduced Christianity to the EF. Remember when Regina said “Book the church” to the priest marrying that couple.
