So I just went back to the Season 3 finale and rewatched it from when Emma, Hook and Marion / Zelena returned from the past. Turns out Ruby isn’t anywhere in the diner. I suppose that since Ruby was very involved in the past section of the episodes, Emma and Hook could have done something which might have screwed up her future which resulted in her not being swept up in any curse.
Still, it’ll be interesting to see how they write their way around this (If they even do give an explanation).

Magic….I guess Zelena’s pregnancy will probably be four to five months rather than the usual nine months.

I suggest ROBIN get a DNA test if ZELINA’s baby is born early…. there is a good chance that ZELINA was PG with a baby before she got frozen by the Snow Queen…. She was hanging around for a while estranged from ROBIN for a while. ZELINA just needs a baby daddy and she picked ROBIN because it would bug REGINA..
.Maybe it’s not Robin’s at all! Maybe Hades snuck in and pretended to be Robin one night and it’s really HIS baby?!
To paraphrase Regina, I have a feeling we don’t want to find out.
To me it sounds like the Mulan and Ruby stuff is just in the missing 6 weeks. Zelena and Arthur (on a quest for this week’s token magical object *EYEROLL*), will run into Merida, Mulan and Ruby. Which isn’t really any better than if they were retconning Red’s location in the past, because they’d still be retconning Red and Mulan’s location in the 6 weeks because neither were in the Diner. Unless they were secretly getting busy in the storage closet when the tornado hit?

About Zelena’s “accelerated pregnancy.” What’s the narrative purpose of that? I doubt they threw that in just for kicks. I wonder if it means that the show needs to have her not pregnant by a certain point in the plot, or whether they need to introduce the baby earlier than it would have otherwise arrived.
