Isnt this “Neal warning” spoiler/not confirmed/probably a song, supposed to be the 1st think people see? so they cant have most of the episode looking for a thing, to talk with him for him to warn them, that would mean that the scene would be at the end of the episode not at the beginning has the composer posted on instagram. This is probably to talk with Hook, to try to find him.

Yeah, this scene seems to take place during the same Underworld graveyard scene in the promo, which clearly showed Hook’s tombstone.
So Pan gives Rumple a magic potion that will allow the woman threatening Rumple to talk to her boyfriend, who just so happens to be Rumple’s mortal enemy. …like why? Pan isn’t altruistic. So…like why?
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I dunno how it works with the info from Isham’s pic, and the shot of Hook’s grave, and the timing of how the ep plays out or anything…but the only thing that makes sense for Henry looking that upset, and Robin being the one comforting him, is if that scene is Neal related.
Nine times out of ten it’s a locator spell to find Hook….like how David used the hat to find Jefferson.

Perhaps it is still the first scene. Maybe it’s something that Rumple bought with him (because plot) and for some reason or another Pan steals it later in the episode?

That actually makes a lot of sense. Pan to Rumple: “You want to talk to your son again? Find a way to get me out of here.”
I’m with @Phee. The only thing that would cause that kind of reaction in Henry is Neal.

And Robin was a friend of Neal’s, so that’s a situation where he’d also have an emotional reaction and be the one that’s comforting Henry. That particular reaction, from those two particular characters, in that particular setting, it’s gotta be about Neal.
