Yeah, I’m working under the assumption that this is not the first meeting between Dorothy and Zelena since “Kansas” and that Dorothy knows everything about Zelena by now…otherwise, eh gad.
Zelena’s “Didn’t I send you back to Kansas?” line implies otherwise.

I think the easy explanation is that Dorothy did some traveling between the realms and eventually started knocking witches out, eventually got word that zelena is still alive and made her journey back to oz. Which is surprising that Dorothy hadn’t returned sooner. She had positive experiences in Oz and met great people, and Zelena only threatened her once, after which to Dorothy it seemed Zelena died. I don’t understand why Dorothy would have stayed away all those years. She definitely should have found out about Zelena earlier.
