So was Hook just waiting outside for Emma to give him a signal when to come in? He got there awfully quick after the surprising thing that no one knew was going to happen happened?
So Emma smiles when Hook says “now I’m back”. It’s just one of those things that doesn’t sit right. It’s almost like rubbing it into Regina’s face that Emma’s boyfriend is now back alive whilst Regina’s lays cold in the ground. Emma could’ve at least had the decency to look awkward especially as Regina was looking at her. Instead it seems like she’s going “yep, MY boyfriend is still alive”.
Could Emma not have waited until AFTER Robin’s wake to tell Regina about Hook’s return? You know, actually give Regina some space and time to grieve. How was Emma expecting that conversation to go?
Emma: Hey, Regina! I know you just buried the second love of your life today but I just wanted you to know that my boyfriend is back alive whilst yours remains dead. Come on in Hook!
Hook: Ta-da!

She told Emma in the last episode that she was too emotional and that she wasn’t thinking straight. Now in this episode Regina tells Emma to stop telling her what to do. So it’s okay when you do it to her but not okay when she does it to you? This friendship is such a joke, that’s not how friendships work!

Well, the writers don’t treat Belle as a character with her own agency so we have other characters explaining us how she feels and what she wants to do. First Rumple and now Emma.
Everyone just know everything all of a sudden, why ever did they need Belle?! The only thing they don’t know is what Rumple wants, which I don’t think the writers even know. Rumple does evil things because he’s evil and that’s it. I wonder if there is an answer to that question in the pointless dark ones diaries or whatever that got mentioned in one scene and never existed before or after that scene.

Is it because they believe what HADES said that there is no afterlife for someone who gets killed with the CHRYSTAL …. but ROBIN faded into a ghostly figure while Hades became dust …. MAYBE HADES was wrong …. being killed by the CHRYSTAL only annihilates false/ Greek gods … but human beings go back to the underworld.
If they need to go to the underworld to look for ROBIN HOOD … they would need GOLD’s blood because he was killed and came back….. but maybe they could use HOOK’S BLOOD … since the same happened to him.
