“Tougher Than the Rest” — With Snow still asleep in Storybrooke, David and Hook race to stop Gideon before he can confront Emma. From the con where the episode was screened, it sounds like just an opening scene–Emma is burning the pages from The Ugly Duckling and Teenage!August tells her that even Ugly Ducklings can become Swans, or something like that.

Thanks for clarifying RumplesGirl. So young August found Emma again after leaving her in “The Stranger” then. And this is how she chose the last name Swan it seems.
